Skill and knowledge management software

Software for maintenance of employees’ competences and work profiles and utilizing them in resource management on company’s projects. The software is integrated with other systems for import and export of competence catalogues, user profiles, projects, as well as accounting information derived from users’ engagement on projects. Server side was built using both VB.NET and C# on different projects, ADO.NET, MSSQL, WCF. Front-end was developed using ASP.NET Web Forms with JavaScript, jQuery and AJAX calls to the backend services with later introduction of React on new pages
