What This Ugly Woman Told Me, And What She Wanted

When I wrote the headline for her on Medium, I didn't know men, a lot of men were still searching.
See how they scrolled and scrolled to see her address or to even chat with her but I spoiled their show because of the rightful madams at home.
"What's your grouse?" I asked, to know why she opted for a divorce.
She began, " Because I spoke well of Mr Williams's cute look, his suit's finishing touches."
"So,  your hubby became jealous?"
"Definitely!" she concurred, "Then I wanted to go. "
"Why not tell him to shop where Mr William shops? "
"He's an old school!" she broke out and reeled out all her anger, the same anger other women have when their men, dress shabbily. " He patronizes the tailor's shop down the street. Even on Christmas, New Year, Easter…"
"Wait." I stopped her. "Maybe he didn't know he could afford to shop at Shopify like Mr Williams," I told her, "Now, go back. Tell him I want to inform him of Shopify. We have everything for the family with good finishing touches. Our dresses, our bags, the furniture. No threads pulling off or the buttons, no need to press the iron with muscle to flatten shabbily sewn joints. Our clothes don't hang on the wearer; the furniture has no nails to fall off after a month.
"Thank you, sir." She bowed slightly.
Dear men, every woman wants her man to look cute. From time to time, humbly ask her' how do I  look?' Or surprise her with a tap on the Shopify app.
I may not be around to plead, always.
