AMG Agency — Launching a Marketing Agency From Scratch
I created AMG Agency as a complete brand and platform to help freelancers launch their own marketing agencies from zero. The goal was to build a system that guides individuals in packaging their services, attracting their first clients, and generating consistent income.
My Role:
Concept, strategy, and naming
UX/UI design in Figma
Website development in Framer
Copywriting and brand positioning
Visual identity and landing page design
Process:
I began with user research to understand the main struggles of freelancers seeking more structure and stability. From there, I designed the course structure, crafted the messaging, and built a clean, high-converting landing page using Framer. The design focuses on clarity, minimalism, and actionable CTAs.
Results:
The project attracted over 500 early subscribers within the first week and achieved a 6.4% conversion rate from cold traffic. The visual identity helped position AMG as a modern, trustworthy brand for freelancers ready to scale.
