Automation for Music Quiz Game Script Management

Client Challenge: The team ran weekly music quiz games and tracked scripts in Excel. Manually checking each new game for repeated songs or artists from the past 7 games was slow, error-prone, and frustrating.

My Solution: I built an automated system that:

Instantly flags duplicate songs from the last 7 games.

Warns if 2 out of 3 artists match recent games.

Shows when a song was last used and in which round.

Works with Excel and supports import/export for flexibility.

Saved hours of manual work each week

Improved content diversity and game quality

Enabled non-technical team members to confidently create scripts
