Los Angeles Academy for Artists and Music Production (LAAMP) is a 1 year school based in Santa Monica, CA for artists, producers and songwriters in the field of contemporary popular music.

With the exception of video-editing, I handled the whole thing (UX, UI, copywriting, design, and development) using Webflow. From the initial wireframes to the final build, I made sure LAAMP was not only functional but also enjoyable for users.

Video Display: Uploading them directly onto Webflow drastically slows down the site (as well as being capped at 30MB). It was decided that embedding a video link from a separate site was the best way moving forward. Many sites were proposed (Vimeo, Dropbox, Cloudflare, AWS, Bunny.net, Plyr; etc), but we decided to go with Dropbox.

Utilizing both 3rd-party plugins, all the info that an applicant puts in a form will automatically get sent into an AirTable spreadsheet.

This project really drove home the having a cohesive brand, not being afraid to stand out from the crows, and willing to experiment crazy new color schemes. Webflow's amazing ecosystem allows me to design & build efficiency to the best of my capabilities.
