Crafting Kue: A Creative Studio’s Digital Showcase

Kue Studio is built on a flexible, collaborative model designed to move quickly and deliver high-impact creative. Whether it’s a 14-day sprint or a longer engagement, we embed ourselves in the work and focus on what matters: strong ideas, clean design, and intentional execution.
Our website is a direct reflection of that approach. It’s not just a portfolio, it’s a working example of how we think, build, and elevate the tools we use. From early exploration in Figma to a custom-coded experience on Squarespace, the site brings together our capabilities across identity, web, and interaction. All packaged in a system that’s lean, scalable, and distinctly ours.

Adobe to Figma

Once the core elements were defined, we transitioned everything into Figma to begin building out a flexible, responsive system for digital use.
In Figma, we refined our type hierarchy, spacing, and layout structure, ensuring the design would hold up across screen sizes and use cases. The goal was to create a visual language that felt elevated but accessible, with a balance of clarity, personality, and room to grow.

Redefining What’s Possible in Squarespace

Squarespace is often seen as a limited, template-based platform, but we see it as a starting point, not a ceiling. With a strong foundation in custom code, we used it as a flexible framework to build a fully tailored experience that feels anything but default.
From layout and navigation to subtle interactions, every detail was customized to reflect our vision. We know how to push the platform beyond its out-of-the-box capabilities, transforming it into something that feels intentional, polished, and unique.
This is the same approach we bring to client work, using familiar tools in unexpected ways to deliver creative that stands out.

Enhancing with Tools, Not Overloading

We used GSAP to add subtle, intentional interactivity that brings energy to transitions and hovers without overwhelming the content.
For animations, we leaned on After Effects and LottieFiles where needed, focusing on performance and visual clarity to keep the site lightweight and polished.
We also incorporated Jitter to create a clean, scroll-friendly showcase of our scope of work, presenting our capabilities in a simple and effective way.
Each tool played a specific role, but the focus remained on clarity and storytelling. The technology served the design, not the other way around.

A Studio Site That Grows with Us

This site isn't static. It’s a space we plan to evolve. From adding new case studies to expanding our visual system, the structure is built for flexibility.
