Product Management - Product Owner @ In All Media - Cision

·         Led a scrum team of senior and staff engineers to implement enterprise-grade foundational shared services for Cision's core products in a new platform on Kubernetes, including Authentication, Authorization, API Gateway, Verification, Telemetry & Monitoring config, a custom internal Service Framework built with Spring Boot (Java) and some of the standard enterprise components developed.

·         Prioritized features, managed the backlog, and delivered valuable work to the organization by collaborating effectively between PMO, the product management organization and engineering teams.

·         Identified future product opportunities within the organization through product discovery efforts and analyzed feedback from stakeholders and users to ensure that the product met business and user objectives.
