Successfully executed multiple end-to-end software implementation projects and managed-services accounts, while managing full project manager and SDM duties, account lead, budget control, reporting, and resource management. My work covered a diverse range of industries, including pharma, airlines, governments, and more.

     Led multiple teams of up to 10 engineers and business analysts each, providing mentorship to junior staff, assisting BAs with requirements gathering and training, and overseeing up to 7 engagements/teams simultaneously, including all clients (+25) under one of our service offerings. Acted as a dedicated, full-time Scrum Master for a year in a large account, and performed this role intermittently in other accounts.

Creation of an internal project management methodology for our PMO, provided internal training on Scrum and agile and support in new-hire interviews and training.
