Email Marketing Design — Giggster (Welcome & Abandonment Flows)

Designed a welcome and cart-abandonment email flow in Klaviyo for Giggster, a marketplace for renting unique locations and spaces. The welcome email introduces new users to how the platform works — browsing by category (film, events, celebrations), booking confidence signals (24/7 support, protection packages, responsive hosts), and social proof — while the abandonment flow re-engages users with personalized location recommendations, similar listings nearby, and a direct host-messaging prompt to answer last-minute questions before booking.

Design used Giggster's clean, green-accented identity with strong location photography as the hero of every section, keeping the focus on the spaces themselves while the copy handled trust-building and urgency.
