I developed an order confirmation automation bot that bridges Shopify, Twilio, and BuildShip to deliver personalized customer communications. This integration streamlines post-purchase customer engagement through automated, customized WhatsApp message.

The system operates through a carefully orchestrated workflow:

Listens for Shopify webhook triggers on new order placements

Extracts essential order and customer data in real-time

Processes information through a custom JavaScript node I developed in BuildShip

Crafts personalized confirmation messages based on order details

Automatically dispatches a WhatsApp message via Twilio integration to the phone number provided during checkout.

The custom JavaScript implementation ensures each message is uniquely tailored to the order context, enhancing the customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency. The system processes customer phone numbers and order details securely, ensuring reliable communication delivery through Twilio's messaging infrastructure.
