Developed an MVP for Homies, a token-based dog minding platform where local owners swap pet care instead of paying sitters. Built secure onboarding, pet profiles, location-based matching, token tracking, messaging, scheduling, and reviews. Crafted an intuitive UX and scalable backend to foster a trusted, cash-free community. Focused on simplicity, transparency, and social interaction, enabling users to earn and redeem tokens seamlessly while building reliable local connections.
