PromptHub’s MVP was rapidly developed, and did its job. The co-founders where able to validate its problem-solving potential. With a growing waitlist of 800+, it was time for an overhaul in order improve user experience.
As PromptHub’s new product designer, I was challenged with balancing the complexity of the project with usability, prioritizing and managing feedback and feature requests, all while working to enhance the brand’s visual design.
I created three personas, Otto, Joseph and Skylar, to represent the main users I had identified during the research stage. By tapping into their goals, needs and expectations, I’d have an easier time focusing on feature prioritization and advocating for my design decisions.
