The process was to be consistent. With the clients help and trust we were able to achieve the first goal by doing a number of things. The first thing was to switch their profile from an individual account to a business account so we could keep track of our engagement rates and watch our growth. Next was to constantly post high quality reels, posts, and stories. However, our greatest win within this goal was when we realized that by posting a motivational posts, funny post, a post everyone could relate to early in the morning would increase our views for the rest of the day.Likewise, we used trending hashtags and hashtags we felt connected to the brand to outreach to potential audience members. After 3 months of posting high quality posts their account went from less than 100 followers to 800 followers. The next goal was to ensure people viewed their profile we did this by utilizing the story feature on many social media platforms. We would reposts our social media posts onto their story with music and different ways for the audience to engage (Ie. surveys, linking other brands they worked with and people they feel would benefit from their brand). The last goal was for engagement rates to go up. However, with the consistent posting, audience engagement, hashtags, and story usage their engagement had already gone through the roof.
