Overview 🔎

Have worked with multiple individuals to grow there social media platforms via engaging their audience to participate in there posts. In addition to engaging audiences I have made individuals social media more cohesive by creating color schemes and carefully curating a feed. Likewise worked for a local lobby group where one of my roles included enhancing Facebook posts, blog posts, and social media managing. The bases for my work is my education. I am a Michigan State graduate with a degree in comparative culture and politics. This degree might at first glance sound like it has nothing to do with social media managing. However, this degree focuses on articulating important information and creating a space of inclusivity. Likewise, this degree focuses on a wide variety of cultures which helps with social media managing by cultivating a space where all feel welcome. Content Creation is something I love to do. I always push myself to do my pure most best in creating an online presence anyone would be proud to have.




Problem & Solution 🤝

When working for a private client that had little to no social media status and a very niche cliental. The problems we faced building their Instagram status was large and quite frequent. The major problem we faced was building a community that liked the niche subject this individual was branding.

Goals/Requirements: Goals that client had. • Goal 1: to build a following on their business account. • Goal 2: to engage audience to view their profile and posts. • Goal 3: to see their engagement rate go up.



Process 🛣

The process was to be consistent. With the clients help and trust we were able to achieve the first goal by doing a number of things. The first thing was to switch their profile from an individual account to a business account so we could keep track of our engagement rates and watch our growth. Next was to constantly post high quality reels, posts, and stories. However, our greatest win within this goal was when we realized that by posting a motivational posts, funny post, a post everyone could relate to early in the morning would increase our views for the rest of the day.Likewise, we used trending hashtags and hashtags we felt connected to the brand to outreach to potential audience members. After 3 months of posting high quality posts their account went from less than 100 followers to 800 followers. The next goal was to ensure people viewed their profile we did this by utilizing the story feature on many social media platforms. We would reposts our social media posts onto their story with music and different ways for the audience to engage (Ie. surveys, linking other brands they worked with and people they feel would benefit from their brand). The last goal was for engagement rates to go up. However, with the consistent posting, audience engagement, hashtags, and story usage their engagement had already gone through the roof.




Results 🎁

The end result for this clients after all the hard work was a steady increase in audience members and followers. Likewise, this client was able to partner up with another small business to further their vision. Their instagram account went from 53 followers to 887 by the end of my 3 months. In addition to this they where able to create a tik tok account that members from their instagram community joined with ease.

This doesn't even feel like marketing but its working.
