A hotel stay generates a surprising amount of scattered activity, pool bar tabs, room service, spa visits, each one easy for guests to lose track of and even easier for staff to reconcile manually. Veritab set out to fix that with a single guest relations app connecting the guest experience with the staff side handling it behind the scenes.

The guest app came first, and needed to feel effortless. We leaned on interaction patterns people already know instinctively, order tracking flows and grouped views, so nothing needed explaining. Everything was wrapped in Veritab's signature orange brand palette, keeping the experience warm and on-brand rather than feeling like a generic utility app.

With the guest side in place, the harder problem was the staff and admin dashboard: giving hotel teams a clear, reliable view of every guest's activity without burying them in data. We designed it around a full historic profile for each guest, photo, name, and room number up top, paired with a complete order history: item purchased, venue (like the pool bar), cost, and the exact date and time it was signed for. Each charge also includes a placeholder for the guest's signature, so every transaction stays traceable and accountable, not just logged.

Two connected experiences built as one system: a guest-facing app designed for ease and warmth, and a staff/admin dashboard designed for clarity and control, sharing the same guest data underneath.

A guest relations system where staff can trust the record without digging for it, and guests get an experience that feels considered rather than transactional, closing the gap between hotel and hospitality.
