Bob Kocis is a global SaaS sales leader with three decades of experience leading high-performance teams across North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific. A multiple-time President's Club winner turned global software sales executive, Bob authored "The President's Club Mindset" and speaks at industry events worldwide. He needed a premium website to unify his personal brand.
The Challenge: Bob's career credentials were exceptional, but his online presence didn't reflect that. He needed a website that could drive book sales, attract inquiries for speaking engagements, showcase his podcast appearances, and engage his audience with interactive tools, all while projecting the executive-level polish his B2B audience expects.
Key Requirements:
Premium, executive aesthetic that resonates with B2B sales leaders and enterprise teams
Book launch support with a dedicated page and a free chapter lead magnet
Speaking page to attract event organizers and conference bookers
Podcast showcase to build social proof through media appearances
An interactive performance index assessment tool to engage visitors

My Design Process: I researched the B2B sales leadership and keynote speaker space to understand the audience's expectations. The design needed to feel authoritative and premium without being generic. I focused on strong typography, strategic whitespace, and a bold hero section that immediately communicates Bob's positioning as a top-tier sales thought leader.

Key Design Decisions:
Designed a bold, dark-toned hero section to create immediate visual impact and differentiate from typical speaker sites
Placed the free chapter download prominently on the homepage to maximize lead captures
Embedded YouTube and podcast content directly on the site to keep visitors engaged and build credibility
Built the Performance Index as an interactive engagement tool that adds unique value beyond a standard speaker website
Used Divi on WordPress so Bob can easily manage blog content and podcast updates independently
The Result: A polished, authority-building website that positions Bob Kocis as a premier voice in B2B sales leadership. The site drives book downloads, speaking inquiries, and audience engagement through the Performance Index tool — serving as his complete digital headquarters for thought leadership and business development.
