Automated Multi-Agent Email Triage System

Built an intelligent multi-agent email triage system designed to automate the way businesses process, prioritize, and respond to incoming emails.

The workflow automatically analyzes each incoming Gmail message and uses AI to classify it into categories such as high priority, customer support, promotions, or finance/billing. Instead of relying on a single generic AI workflow, each category is routed to a specialized AI agent with its own role and processing logic.

High-priority messages can trigger instant Telegram alerts, while other emails can be processed by dedicated support, promotion, or finance agents to generate context-aware email drafts and appropriate actions.

I designed the system in n8n with AI-powered classification, conditional routing, specialized agents, Gmail automation, Telegram notifications, and automated draft generation.
