Social Media Auto Publisher

Built a multi-platform Social Media Auto Publisher in n8n to automate the scheduling and distribution of media content across nine social platforms from one centralized workflow.

The system retrieves scheduled content and media URLs from Google Sheets, processes files through Google Drive, and automatically distributes content across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Pinterest, and YouTube. This eliminates the need to manually upload and manage the same content separately on every platform.

The workflow includes dedicated publishing routes for each social network, allowing platform-specific processing while keeping the entire publishing operation centralized. It also monitors execution results and automatically updates the content queue after each run, marking successfully published content as completed and recording failed attempts for easier error handling and follow-up.

Key capabilities include scheduled publishing, 9-platform distribution, Google Sheets queue management, Google Drive media handling, automated status tracking, success/error management, and modular platform-specific publishing flows.

The result is a scalable content distribution system that reduces repetitive work, simplifies multi-channel publishing, and provides a centralized workflow for managing social media operations.
