WhatsApp Multimodal AI Agent

Built a multimodal WhatsApp AI Agent in n8n that can understand and process text messages, voice recordings, and images, then intelligently respond or perform real business actions based on the user's request.

The workflow automatically detects the type of incoming WhatsApp message and routes it through the appropriate processing pipeline. Voice messages are downloaded and transcribed, images are analyzed using AI vision, and text messages are processed directly before being passed to the central AI Agent.

The agent combines conversational AI with memory and business tools, allowing it to understand context and take actions such as sending emails and creating Google Calendar events directly from WhatsApp conversations.
