Onboarding Platform Launch for SMBs

Launched website to provide unmanaged SMB merchants with educational resources on DoorDash products, features, and services along with business growth best practices to ensure their success on the platform, resulting in 64% QoQ adoption of the Merchant Portal and an annual run rate of 350k.
Work included customer and competitive research, ideating and building out the site, creating product demos videos, defined merchant personas and education journey, wrote product narrative, and creating sales deck and training customer-facing teams.
