The client needed a frontend build that could:
Support both customer and agent workflows through separate dashboards
Clearly present service offerings on multiple landing pages
Allow easy blog content updates by non-technical staff
Integrate smoothly with an existing custom backend
The Solution
Developed multiple responsive pages using Next.js and TypeScript, including homepage, blog, customer, and agent portals
Built the Customer Dashboard for service requests and application tracking
Built the Agent Dashboard for managing client cases and onboarding
Integrated Strapi CMS to manage blog content and general updates
Focused on clean layout, responsive design, and modular component structure for maintainability
