Kita AI is a crypto wallet that integrates a conversational AI assistant, helping users manage multi-chain assets, track portfolio performance, and complete transactions with confidence. The assistant simplifies crypto complexity, guiding both new and intermediate users through secure and intuitive flows.

Interviewed 15 crypto and non-crypto users to identify pain points with existing wallets.
Key insights: confusing transactions, unclear balances, and low confidence in error recovery.
Ideation & Wireframing
Mapped user journeys for sending, receiving, and checking portfolio performance.
Prototyped assistant flows for natural commands like “Send $50 in ETH to John” or “Show my top-performing tokens.”
Design & Testing
Delivered a component-based design system for faster dev handoff.
Conducted usability tests with 30 users, iterating on assistant prompts and confirmation flows.
