Comprehensive digital product design for a luxury residential complex. As the lead UX/UI designer, I was responsible for creating a digital ecosystem that transforms the property search process into a premium experience. My goal was to synthesize the complexity of the project into a seamless, visually stunning interface that immediately conveys the project's prestige while fostering a deep emotional connection with potential buyers.

Designing a complex website architecture based on a hierarchical structure (complex → building → apartment). The main challenge was to make the property selection process intuitive, despite the large volume of technical data and floor plan variations.

I developed a custom "House & Unit Selector" system, merging interactive 3D site maps with detailed unit cards. The design system is built on principles of ample white space and luxury typography, allowing users to focus on the aesthetics of the visualizations without unnecessary interface noise.

The result is a refined web interface that significantly streamlines the customer journey from initial discovery to unit selection. The design successfully communicates an atmosphere of exclusivity, driving higher conversion rates during the early stages of the project's launch.
