Fitzrovia is a Webflow development project focused on creating an immersive, story-driven digital experience for a modern real estate brand. The goal was to translate architectural vision and brand narrative into a highly engaging, interactive website. The process centered around structuring content as a visual journey, using motion and transitions to guide users through key sections. I focused on storytelling through scroll-based interactions, layered animations, and dynamic content reveals to create depth and engagement while maintaining performance and clarity. Using Webflow as the core platform, I integrated GSAP for advanced animations, Lottie for lightweight motion graphics, and Spline for interactive 3D elements. Zapier was used to automate backend workflows and connect user interactions with external systems. My aim was to deliver a visually rich, narrative-driven experience that strengthens brand perception while ensuring smooth performance and scalability.
