It's been a very long

It's been a very long while here on Contra. The first half of 2026, is gone. There was extra time. The first seven months of 2026 gave us 19,036,800 seconds.

I didn't spend every one of them creating. Some were spent learning. Some were spent evolving. Some were spent preparing for grades. Some were spent resting, reflecting, and becoming a better designer.

This season stretched me in ways I didn't expect. → Promoted to Graphics Design Manager. → Served as Senior Designer at Cre8Kings. → Joined an AgriTech startup as a UI/UX Design Intern. → Contributed to KDC '26 and GDOC '26 alongside talented creatives. → Explored deeper into colour psychology, visual communication, and designing experiences that connect with people.

Beyond the projects and titles, I learned how to lead, communicate, take ownership, and continue showing up, even when progress wasn't obvious.

There were wins, setbacks, and quiet moments that shaped me more than the loud ones. I'm grateful to every mentor, teammate, client, friend, and creative who has been part of this journey. Your encouragement has made a difference.

The scoreboard may still look like a draw. But I'm excited for what's ahead.

The second half is about building better products, crafting stronger brands, creating thoughtful experiences, and collaborating with people who believe great design can move ideas forward.
