CTRL+Z is a platform connecting junior designers with senior creatives through AI-powered matching. Created as my Master's capstone project, it transforms mentorship from intimidating to natural; a space where feedback is transparent, collaboration is real, and learning happens through actual project work.

I led the complete UX process: user research and journey mapping, wireframes, usability testing, and high-fidelity prototyping. The platform features an AI matching system, a "Backstage Mode" for progress tracking, and collaborative workspaces for real-time updates.

Outcome: A mentorship platform that turns uncertainty into creative confidence, demonstrating how thoughtful UX design can remove barriers and foster meaningful connections.
