ABOUT
Om.life is a wellness sanctuary that blends ancient wisdom, holistic health, biohacking, modern technology, sustainable living, and spiritual wellness into a single space. They are pioneers in offering a unique combination of services, making them the first wellness spa on the East Coast to do so.
I had the privilege of working closely with the Om.life team, building a strong, lasting relationship. Even after the pandemic brought me back to Dallas, I continued supporting their creative and marketing needs remotely.
Projects completed for Om.life include social media management, content creation, web design, t-shirt designs, brochures, window banners, posters, and video editing.
Let the world fade away and discover the art of floating, a revolutionary practice that allows you to let go"
CASE STUDY
In 2021, Om.life Wellness Spa launched a month-long social media campaign focused on spirituality and wellness.
The goal was to assess how their audience responded to content that linked spiritual elements (fire, water, air, earth, ether) to wellness services such as meditation workshops, floatation therapy, and chromotherapy.
Frequency: 27 IG/FB posts
Duration: One month
Outcome: Om.life observed that 11.86% of sale conversions resulted from their Instagram and Facebook pages.
This design is one of my favorites. The back of the shirt displays an illustration of two individuals facing each other with their eyes closed – one light, one dark.
The practice behind this art, Floatation Therapy (or Sensory Deprivation Therapy) involves entering into a tank where the body experiences zero gravity by becoming buoyant in 10 inches of clean, filtered, therapeutic Epsom salt water that is the same temperature as your body. As you lay in the water, your body floats effortlessly. You have the option to have all light and sound slowly fade away. By focusing on your breath (or nothing at all), the brain will naturally drift into a dream-like theta state.
The bottom figure on the t-shirt design represents the physical form of an individual as they float inside the tank.
The top figure represents the "inner" spirit often discovered during one of these float sessions.
