Challenges: Reducing booking steps while keeping all services visible. Organizing multiple ride options without clutter. Designing a clear location and search experience. Solution / Outcome: Designed a clean home dashboard with a prominent search bar. Applied a simple bottom navigation for quick access to core features. Added friendly illustrations to create a welcoming experience.
