The challenge

A 100+ years old company (working in the Jewelry Manufacturing Industry) was seeking a senior project manager to oversee ERP transformation from Microsoft AX (used for over 15 years) to ERPNext.

After understanding the requirements, I started assembling a team of developers to start building and customizing the framework to help analyze the gap between the two systems & to start implementing the needed customization.

Transforming 15 years of data to a newer and more advanced software, with different Database structure is very challenging process.

We've been able to implement the ERP alongside Digitally Transforming this company's entire daily operations system. Moving to an Office365 tenant, retiring old software and adopting a remote-first approach to help the company adapt a new era or remote work.
