Project description. The client wants to create a SaaS for business owners. This is aimed at those needing a virtual agent to respond to customer emails more quickly and efficiently. These responses can be customized based on the data held, such as purchase details, shipping status, and so on.
Develop new Bubble apps for ticketing support, utilizing OpenAI to generate answers based on the order automatically.
Integrated also with:
- Stripe for a subscription
- Postmark for email services
- Zapier for custom trigger and action for external integration
