Introduction

In a fruitful collaboration with AT&T, our university team embarked on a mission to enhance the AT&T mobile app's user experience. Through extensive research and innovative design strategies, we revitalized the app with a user-centric approach. Valuable feedback from AT&T customers guided us in creating an intuitive and visually appealing interface. We also leveraged emerging technologies, such as AI-powered virtual assistants and personalized recommendations, to provide a customized touch. Our ultimate goal was to empower AT&T customers with a modern and streamlined mobile application, surpassing their expectations and staying at the forefront of industry innovation.
