WrkOS is a unified workspace platform built for teams that want speed, simplicity, and clarity. I designed and developed the core experience, focusing on a clean information hierarchy, fast navigation, and a workflow that connects documents, projects, and team discussions in one place.
My goal was to remove complexity and build a workspace that feels lightweight and powerful at the same time.
The Problem
Teams often juggle tasks, docs, and decisions across scattered tools. This leads to lost context, slow handoffs, and duplicated work. WrkOS needed a simple workspace that reduced friction and allowed teams to move faster.
The Solution
I designed a connected system that brings everything into a single view.
Teams can write, plan, collaborate, and ship without switching tools.
The interface focuses on clarity, minimal UI, and fast access to context.
Key objectives:
Reduce navigation time
Create a single information source
Make collaboration intuitive
Support scalable content workflows
What I Built
1. Unified Dashboard
A central place where teams see tasks, docs, conversations, and status updates.
The design focuses on clean typography and a balanced layout.
