I had the privilege of working on JorrParivar, India's first community-driven NFT project.

The project consisted of 22 original characters and 1254 tokens owned and minted by Digital Pratik.

My role was to help bring that character world into motion through animated GIFs and character illustrations designed for GIPHY, social sharing and community use.

The work was not only about animation. It was about helping the project create visual touchpoints that the community could recognize and use.

NFT projects are not only about artwork.

They are about community, identity, culture and recognition.

A strong Web3 project needs visual assets that people can use again and again in chats, social posts, announcements, reactions, community updates and campaign moments.

For JorrParivar, the challenge was to take existing character energy and turn it into animated GIFs that felt expressive, usable and aligned with the project’s world.

The GIFs needed to feel fun and shareable but still connected to the NFT brand.

Web3 communities do not use visuals the same way traditional brands do.

They use them as identity.

A GIF can become a reaction inside a community.

A sticker can become part of how members talk.

A character loop can help the project feel more alive during launches, announcements or community moments.

That is why these GIFs were created with usability in mind.

They were not made as random animations. They were made as small, shareable character assets that could support community culture.

NFT projects need more than static art after mint.

They need continuous visual storytelling.

Animated GIFs help extend the life of a character collection by giving the community more ways to interact with the project.

The final output was a set of animated character GIFs and visual assets created for the JorrParivar Web3 ecosystem.

The work helped turn the NFT characters into shareable digital assets that could live beyond the original collection and support the project’s community identity.
