AI & Workflow Automation – Make.com, n8n, Zapier

Developed end-to-end workflow automations to streamline business operations by integrating apps and services such as Gmail, CRMs, Google Sheets, and Google Cloud Storage. The automations were designed to eliminate manual tasks, improve efficiency, and ensure real-time data flow across platforms.

What I Did on The Projects

Workflow Automation: Built complex automation pipelines with Make.com, n8n, and Zapier, connecting multiple third-party services.
App Integrations:
Gmail: Automated email parsing, notifications, and CRM logging.
Google Sheets: Created live reporting dashboards with real-time updates from forms, CRM, and APIs.
Google Cloud Storage: Automated file uploads, backups, and access workflows.
Webhooks & APIs: Integrated custom webhooks to trigger workflows from full-stack applications, enabling real-time data synchronization.
CRM Automation: Connected customer data flows between CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or custom) and external platforms for sales tracking and client onboarding.
Monitoring & Error Handling: Designed workflows with logging, retries, and error alerts to ensure reliability.
