A non-exhaustive list of the deliverable will include:
✅ Clarify demographics interested in your product, their wants and needs, and formalize everything under ICP cards (Ideal Customer Persona)
✅ Analyze competitors' products in your market and adjacent to our market, quantify your addressable markets - TAM (Target available market) / SAM (Serviceable addressable market) / SOM (Serviceable obtainable market)
✅ Clarify and/or validate your vision, product strategy and brand positioning
✅ Review and adapt your product roadmap to the above, incl. a suggestion on re-prioritization of backlog if necessary
✅ Create a robust beta testers and user testing program for overall continuous product improvement
✅ Review your product pricing and offering strategy (e.g. yearly subscription, pay-as-you-go, commitment tiers, bundles, try before you buy, etc.)
✅ Suggest content, copywriting and digital marketing strategies (e.g. Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook) to attract clients/users to our platform
✅ Define key metrics to monitor (e.g. product activation, CAC, CLTV, ...) to get a sense of your product-market fit
