I built an E2E automated workflow in n8n that connects Airtable CRM to an AI layer using Retrieval‑Augmented Generation and targeted prompt engineering. The system analyzes real sales data and sends one weekly email with clear insights, lead status, and performance trends. This creates a concise, actionable update with no dashboards to open and no tool switching, just one streamlined summary for the entire team.
