I conducted an in-depth UX audit to simplify a complex interface into a high-performing, user-friendly experience. We ideated and designed new features in Figma, including a high-fidelity dashboard that effectively displays billing and time-tracking data tailored to user needs, creating a streamlined Web App Design that elevates user engagement and satisfaction.
