Vona | Pitch Deck Animation

I worked with Vona, a Saudi-Arabian startup based in Riyadh to help customize and animate a comprehensive pitch deck. As a full-service digital agency, Vona is dedicated to empowering Saudi businesses to excel in the dynamic online landscape. I was especially drawn to this project because it offered me a glimpse into the Saudi market; I got to experience briefly how things worked over there and gain insights for future references.

The goal was to create a presentation that will help the startup communicate their brand story in a simple yet unique way, and animation was the best option to go about it. The design objective was to convey the brand’s presence even without words; sophisticated, modern, and tech-oriented.

Client’s primary goal: The clients requested a distinctive design to attract and retain interest, all while maintaining a professional element.

Key focus: They specifically requested a sophisticated motion design that will both look and feel good.

My major responsibility was to create an animated video design in collaboration with other designers on the team. I had to edit, polish, and redesign an existing template to arrive at the finished product. I also had the task of translating the design language from English to Arabic.

Additionally, I had to be creative and adaptive throughout the process, all while gathering valuable feedback from the clients to ensure they got the best results and complete satisfaction of the work.

I conferred with the clients to understand their goals and what they envisioned for the brand, then I organised and edited material designs they already had to give it a finished touch. This included drafting a detailed slide arrangement to guide every step.

After that, the polished blueprint was animated using figma and after effects. The project was carried out and completed in English, but was later translated into Arabic to better suit Vona’s client base.
