Building and Leading Remote Engineering Teams

Transitioned to Product Team Lead, guiding a development team towards becoming an autonomous unit comprised of designers, frontend and backend developers, and QA professionals, with full responsibility for delivery.

Led a team of up to 15 contributors before facilitating a successful team split to manage growth effectively. During this time, I continued to enhance our data pipeline, evolving from NiFi to AWS Lambda, which provided deeper insights into feature adoption and team performance.

Steered the team through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring seamless operations and productivity, even though the team didn’t meet in person for nearly two years.

I concluded my journey at Teamwork, witnessing the product's growth from inception to generating several million in ARR and contributing to the company’s expansion from 22 to over 400 employees.
