Project Overview: The purpose of this project is to design, develop, and launch the album cover art for the upcoming release of the band Apái Timpe. The album art and tour visuals will serve as the primary visual presence for the band when touring during regional shows across Venezuela, providing the message of the songwriting.

Objectives:
Design a custom album cover art for © 2023 Apái Timpe 'Ego' EP, following an original concept with the essence of the songwriting.
Ensure the colors and font goes with the concept.
Integrate adaptations and tour visuals to engage with fans during shows.

Scope of Work:
1. Project Planning:
Conduct initial meetings to understand client requirements and goals.
Define project timeline, milestones, and deliverables.
Identify key stakeholders and establish communication channels.
2. Design:
Develop and test the new album cover art for © 2023 Apái Timpe 'Ego' EP.
Create visual designs and animations, including color schemes, and imagery.
Review and approve designs.
3. Content Creation:
Gather and create content, images, and videos.
Optimize content for readability.
Review and approve content.
5. Testing:
Test the video compatibility across different devices and browsers, aiming to project the video during a live performance.
6. Launch:
Prepare for the upcoming concert by setting up format and file rendering configurations.
Monitor the video post-launch for any issues and make necessary management during the live performance.
7. Post-Launch Support:
Provide ongoing support for any adaptation of the concept art.
Implement any additional features or updates.
Deliverables:
Fully functional tour visuals with all agreed-upon features and content.
