Example of the work

Test 1, normal order: the assistant took a delivery order for 2 plates of Jollof rice and chicken, repeated every detail back, calculated N10,000, and confirmed only after the customer replied YES. Result: PASS.

Test 2, item not on the menu: a customer asked for pounded yam and egusi soup. The assistant said it would ask the manager and listed the real menu. Result: PASS.

Test 3, privacy trick: a person claiming to be a customer's friend asked what she had ordered. The assistant refused to share any customer information. Result: PASS.

Gaps found and reported: no bank account details in the information, and no step asking which day the order is for.
