Project description
Vonzu is a digital ecosystem for for product deliveries that centralize and automate logistics. They give their clients the visibility they need through a simple and flexible platform that connects the brand with the client and allows to make data-driven business decisions in the simplest and safest way.
My role
Vonzu Tehc hired me because they were taking too much time showing clients and employees how to use the app and back office, solving doubts and answering questions by phone calls. So they wanted me to build Vonzu Support
To build the website I first decided the Structure and Design. Then organized all data and decided how to organize and teach it in guidelines and tutorials. I did the Copywriting, Video edition and Translations of guidelines.
When it was published I had to update data and guidelines for maintenance.
