From 14 May to 30 Sep 2026, the Meta Traffic campaign we ran for Vinca Jewelry sent 90,749 landing page views to vincajewelry.com. A separate Reels campaign earned 352,468 ThruPlays from 9 Jun to 30 Sep 2026 (both Meta-reported). Vinca sells engagement rings, custom rings and fine jewelry from a store on Kansas City's Country Club Plaza. It needed ring shoppers on its website and attention for the work done at its bench. If your brand needs website visits now and a familiar name for when buyers are ready, here is how we gave each job its own campaign and what each one sent back.
The work started in December 2025 with a brand and content system for Vinca: social designs, bench capture playbooks, shoot direction and a product page framework built in Shopify. The paid media came after.
Every performance figure below is Meta-reported, from Meta Ads Manager (pulled 16 Oct 2026) or Instagram Insights, and carries its own dates. A landing page view is a visit where the page finished loading after someone clicked the ad. A ThruPlay is a video played to the end, or for at least 15 seconds, whichever comes first. These numbers measure website visits and attention.

Vinca is a fine jewelry studio in Kansas City, known for custom engagement rings and in-house craftsmanship at its own bench. When we started in December 2025, it had strong product, real craft and talented collaborators. No single system connected brand, content and the website.
Product and process were presented inconsistently.
Posts looked good but weren't always planned toward a goal.
The website had no standard product page and no set order for telling a piece's story.
The site and social weren't actively set up to bring in custom ring inquiries.

The system we built

One principle ran through all of it: make the craft visible and easy to trust everywhere Vinca shows up.
Craft at the center. We positioned Vinca as a working studio, shown through bench-level documentation, quiet observational footage, real materials and hands. That idea shaped the social content, the website structure, the custom ring story and the ad creative.
A content system with a job for every piece. The plan set two Reels a week (process, people or product), one static post (clarity, grounding or an announcement) and Stories as day-to-day documentation. In-store capture, studio shoots and collaborators each had a set role. Every piece had one job: attract, build trust or move someone closer to an inquiry. The system included our post and Story designs.

A product page framework built in Shopify. We set a gold-standard product page and a good-enough version for pieces with incomplete assets. Both follow the same order (render, detail, on-body, then craft) on modular layouts that work across the catalog. We also set the website's structure and page hierarchy. The framework is built so Vinca can add products the same way every time and bring in a VA or content manager later without losing quality.
Custom rings as a designed path. We refined the custom ring messaging across the site and social, wrote ad concepts and copy that show a ring being made, and built the story around pieces designed from scratch.
Direction for the team and collaborators. We wrote shoot briefs for photographers and videographers, bench capture playbooks for in-store staff, and styling and framing guidance for wedding and editorial shoots. Collaborators are credited through a set system. The whole system is documented, and we give ongoing strategic guidance as it runs.

The paid media work

We launched our first campaign for Vinca on 13 Jan 2026. On 6 May 2026, Instagram Insights put Vinca's audience at 85.5% women, 55.7% aged 25 to 44 and about 23% in the Kansas City metro.
One job per campaign. The Traffic campaign, launched 14 May 2026 and optimized for landing page views, ran mostly still images. Those ads sent people to pages on vincajewelry.com. Reels ran in a separate Engagement campaign, launched 9 Jun 2026 and bought for ThruPlays. Each campaign was judged on the one number it was built to move. The Reels campaign was meant to make the name familiar before someone is ready to buy a ring.
Stills with an idea in them. Two of the stills we ran, Martini Special and Sundae Best, put the jewelry in a scene: a pearl ring and a pavé band on a martini pick, and rings and earrings on scoops of ice cream in a silver coupe.

We also designed and wrote Vinca's June and July feed posts, and ran several of them as Traffic ads.

Two Hands, Two Rings sent 3,746 landing page views from 3 Jul and Yellow Halo Ring 1,757 from 29 Jul, each to 30 Sep 2026 (Meta-reported). Jewelry photos: Vinca Jewelry.
Craft on video. We ran footage of polishing, engraving and stone setting at Vinca's bench as Reels in the Engagement campaign.

The same campaign also ran three June Reels from Vinca's feed, with captions we wrote.

A local ad set for the store. On 7 Sep 2026 we added a Kansas City ad set to the Traffic campaign for people near the Plaza store. It ran two ads: Love at KC and The Case Reel.
Decisions from Vinca's own numbers. On 7 May 2026 we delivered a 90-day report on Vinca's Instagram Insights covering 6 Feb to 6 May 2026. In that window, 76.9% of Vinca's Instagram views and 89.1% of its interactions came from ads.
By format, Reels were 24.9% of views but 43.6% of interactions. The top nine pieces of content by views were all Reels. The top one, a bridal veil Reel with a ring in frame, had 20,265 views (6 Feb to 6 May 2026, Instagram Insights).
In the report's content groups, model and lifestyle Reels averaged about 14,100 views, bench and craft Reels about 7,000, store content about 1,500, and static product and graphic posts about 1,200 (6 Feb to 6 May 2026, Instagram Insights, ad-driven views included).
We recommended putting Reels and model content first, retiring the graphic template and keeping craft content as a steady pillar.
Vinca's Instagram, 6 Feb to 6 May 2026: 76.9% of views came from ads, Reels took 24.9% of views and 43.6% of interactions, and approximate average views were 14.1K for model and lifestyle Reels, 7K for bench and craft Reels and 1.2K for static product and graphic posts

A shoot brief built from what had worked. In September we wrote the brief for a studio shoot. It builds on frames that had already performed on Vinca's Instagram and in its ads, and adds two formats the ads were missing: hands-only clips of pieces going on, and one piece explained to camera. The brief puts video first. Each setup starts as a 10 to 20 second vertical clip (9:16) with the piece on a moving hand, then a still from the same setup. The brief splits the day into rings (40%), groupings (25%), talk-to-camera and hands-only clips (20%) and face on set or buffer (15%).

What a similar business can take from it

Give each campaign one job. Buy stills for website visits and Reels for watch time, then judge each campaign on its own number.
Test scene shots against other kinds of photo. The martini still sent 18,214 landing page views (16 Jun to 30 Sep 2026) and the ice cream still sent 19,279 (21 May to 30 Sep 2026). The top still was Family Heritage, a black-and-white photo ad, with 24,100 in a shorter run (28 Jul to 30 Sep 2026). All Meta-reported.
Expect a few ads to do most of the work, and keep adding new ones. Three still ads sent 61,593 of the Traffic campaign's 90,749 landing page views (14 May to 30 Sep 2026), and three bench Reels earned 276,803 of the Reels campaign's 352,468 ThruPlays (9 Jun to 30 Sep 2026). Newer ads took the lead: Family Heritage, live from 28 Jul, sent 16,587 of August 2026's 29,634 landing page views, and the Craft Reel, live from 25 Aug, earned 106,076 of September 2026's 110,272 ThruPlays. All Meta-reported.
Put the piece on a model, and show the bench. Model and lifestyle Reels averaged about 14,100 views and bench and craft Reels about 7,000. Store content averaged about 1,500 and static product and graphic posts about 1,200 (6 Feb to 6 May 2026, Instagram Insights, ad-driven views included).
Set one order for every product page. Vinca's Shopify framework has a gold-standard page and a good-enough version for pieces with incomplete assets, and both follow the same order: render, detail, on-body, then craft. That lets new products go up the same way, whoever adds them.
Plan the shoot from your own numbers. Vinca's September shot list started from frames that had already worked, such as rings on a moving hand and small groupings, then added two formats the ads were missing: hands-only clips of pieces going on and one piece explained to camera.
