Revving Up Engagement: A Yulu Social Media Strategy

This is a personal project where I developed a comprehensive social media strategy and user-generated content (UGC) campaign for Yulu. The project includes:
• Competitor Analysis: A deep dive into Yulu’s social media presence vs. competitors (Zypp Electric & Bounce).
• Engagement Strategies: Addressing weak spots with interactive formats like reels, community-driven posts, and influencer collaborations.
• Creative UGC Campaigns: Gamified challenges such as a citywide scavenger hunt, Name Your Ride initiative, and Yulu Bingo to boost participation.
Although this wasn’t an official project for Yulu, it showcases my ability to craft high-impact digital strategies.
