Between [April/2024] and [June/2024], I worked as a Product Specialist at Framer, supporting both everyday users and enterprise clients.
My role focused on helping teams and individuals adopt Framer effectively — solving technical challenges, guiding best practices, and making sure users could create high-performing websites with confidence.
This position gave me first-hand insight into how Framer evolves as a product, how users interact with it at scale, and what truly matters when building websites that balance creativity, performance, and simplicity.
Objectives
My main responsibility was to ensure customers had a smooth and successful experience with Framer.
That included helping users troubleshoot advanced projects, providing feedback to the product and engineering teams, and improving documentation and onboarding flows to make Framer more intuitive for everyone.
Another important goal was to support enterprise clients — from agencies to large companies — by guiding them through best practices, performance optimization, and scalable workflows tailored to their teams.
My Role
As a Product Specialist, I became the bridge between Framer’s product, engineering, and user community.
Every day involved answering complex user questions, reproducing bugs, reporting UX friction, and sometimes even suggesting product improvements.
I also worked closely with the community through Framer’s social channels and forum, helping users unlock advanced use cases and inspiring them to push the tool further.
Process / Collaboration
The role required constant collaboration with designers, engineers, and PMs to test new features before launch, identify usability gaps, and collect feedback directly from users.
I frequently worked one-on-one with enterprise clients, helping them integrate Framer into their design and development workflows and ensuring their teams could deliver efficiently.
Through hundreds of support interactions and direct conversations with users, I developed a deep understanding of how people actually use Framer — an experience that now shapes how I design, develop, and teach others to use the tool effectively.
Outcome / Results
Working inside Framer not only strengthened my technical knowledge of the platform but also gave me unique perspective on how to communicate with both design and engineering teams.
It taught me to think beyond just execution — to consider how features, performance, and usability impact real workflows.
Today, this background allows me to bring that same insight into my freelance projects, helping clients and students get the most out of Framer while maintaining the clarity, speed, and polish that the platform is known for.
