We Are Small - Framer Development

Migrating current We are small website, a brand evolution studio who have worked with Masterchef and El Ganso among others.

For this project with We Are Small, I was in charge of the full migration of their website from a custom-coded version to Framer, building over 30 pages from scratch.

I implemented custom-coded components, forms, dynamic CMS, SEO optimization, and the entire navigation system. The client’s goal was to have more autonomy over the site without relying on developers — and Framer gave them exactly that: full control with a much more user-friendly interface.

I worked closely with one of the co-founders and a designer from the studio. Communication was smooth, with regular check-ins and a very collaborative workflow.

Some of the biggest challenges were building certain custom-coded components and integrating 3D models into the site, as they needed to be transparent and browser-compatible.

I proposed several solutions throughout the process, and a few of them made it into the final version. It was an ambitious project — both in size and level of detail — and a truly valuable learning experience.
