DIGITAL X is Europe’s leading cross-industry digitalization initiative, spearheaded by Deutsche Telekom. The project aimed to design and manage a dynamic and content-rich website to promote its flagship annual event, foster partner engagement, and position DIGITAL X as a digital transformation thought leader.
Key responsibilities & Contributions
Developed a content architecture that aligns with the initiative’s core themes: Connected Business, Sustainability, Security, and Future of Work.
Mapped out user journeys to improve access to event details, partnership info, and digital content.
Designed a responsive, multilingual site (English/German) with a modern, intuitive interface optimized for both desktop and mobile.
Integrated immersive visual elements such as event videos, AI avatars, and interactive partner showcases.
Optimized SEO and user accessibility (WCAG compliance) using Vue.js and Laravel.
Coordinated with developers, designers, and Telekom stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Monitored analytics to track user engagement, leading to iterative content updates pre- and post-event.
Tools & Technologies
Used Strapi CMS and React.js for handling events and website content.
Implemented pixel-perfect by converting Figma to Vue.js components.
Used HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Vue.js for the frontend development and used Laravel for SSR (Server-Side Rendering).
Implemented Google analytics and Sentry.io for tracking user activities and error-handling.
