Jennifer is a Functional Medicine practitioner working primarily with mothers. As her practice grew, she wanted to reach more people without expanding her 1:1 workload. Her goal was to create a structured, cohort-based program that would help moms address common health concerns independently—while still feeling supported.
The challenge was to turn this vision into a scalable digital product: a guided course experience paired with a lead-generation funnel that felt aligned, educational, and non-salesy.
What We Built
1. Funnel & Product Strategy
We began with strategy sessions to define the program’s structure and the customer journey.
This included:
Designing a quiz-based funnel to attract and qualify leads
Mapping the course structure in a way that worked for busy parents
Defining how prospects would move from quiz → insight → program enrollment
I also provided page frameworks and copy guidance, reviewing drafts to ensure clarity, tone alignment, and conversion readiness.
2. Kajabi Funnel & Course Implementation
Using updated brand guidelines, we built the full funnel and course inside Kajabi:
Quiz landing pages and result flows
Course modules and content hierarchy
Gated access and cohort-based delivery structure
The focus throughout was on creating a grounded, supportive experience rather than a high-pressure funnel.
3. Refinement & Optimization
Once the core build was complete, we ran multiple rounds of refinements to:
Polish copy and improve message clarity
Ensure strong mobile responsiveness
Connect automations and member flows
Apply basic SEO and performance best practices
We also refined the course experience to make the learning journey feel smooth, intuitive, and engaging.
4. Final Testing & Launch Readiness
Both the client and our team tested the entire system across devices and user scenarios to ensure everything functioned seamlessly prior to launch.
Outcome
Root & Roar is now fully launch-ready as a scalable extension of Jennifer’s practice. She has:
A complete cohort-based course hosted in Kajabi
A lead-generating quiz funnel aligned with her values
A system that allows her to serve more people without increasing her 1:1 load

I led the end-to-end execution—from funnel strategy and course architecture to the full Kajabi build, refinement, and launch preparation—ensuring the final product balanced clarity, empathy, and scalability.
