The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a global agenda adopted during the United Nations Summit on Sustainable Development in September 2015, comprising 17 objectives and 169 goals to be achieved by 2030. This agenda includes global actions in the areas of eradication. poverty, food security, agriculture, health, education, gender equality, reduction of inequalities, energy, water and sanitation, sustainable patterns of production and consumption, climate change, sustainable cities, protection and sustainable use of oceans and ecosystems land, inclusive economic growth, infrastructure, industrialisation, among others.
