Overview

The objective of this project was to create a website experience that does more than look visually appealing—it needed to guide users toward meaningful actions and support business growth.

The challenge was to design an experience that balances aesthetics, usability, and conversion-focused thinking while maintaining a modern and trustworthy visual identity.

Many websites attract visitors but fail to convert them into leads or customers.

Common issues included:

Unclear navigation paths

Weak calls-to-action

Lack of visual hierarchy

Information overload

User journeys with unnecessary friction

My Process

I mapped the primary actions users should take on the website:
