"Can users achieve their goal with the least amount of effort?"
If the answer is no, the design isn't finished yet.
My UX/UI process focuses on simplifying complexity, improving navigation, and creating experiences that feel natural to users.
Because great design isn't about adding more.
It's about removing friction.
